Nice to meet you, I am Reiko Nagaoka, Director of “Nagaoka Accounting Office.” Our office works with many customers in various industries.

Recently, the number of foreigners wishing to use our services has increased; therefore a basic page explaining our services in English was created.

My English is somewhat limited, but speaking English does not prevent you from using our services.

I am not good at using complex words and phrases, however I am able to use simpler words and phrases to express what I want to say.

Proper communication is very important to me so I try to be as clear as possible with my English.

Accepting work from foreign customers is a great opportunity for our office and something we are very excited about.

We are a small accounting firm, which may cause some frustrations, however it also allows us to respond in a polite and timely manner and offer a more personal approach than a large accounting firm.

And there is one more thing I have to tell you.

Clients that we can accept per month are limited because we're small office,and sometimes you'll have to wait for making a reservation.

A;Monthly Fee (Once a month Payment)

a-1;Total Plan … ¥50,000~¥70,000(Excluding Sales tax)

Total Plan

  • We get documents organized and put them into accounting software.
  • We culculate employee's salary ,including CEO's.
  • Visits every month.

a-2;Simple Plan … ¥30,000~¥50,000 Per Month(Excluding Sales tax)

Simple Plan

  • We put the accounting and salary data into software, after you get them organized and classified.
  • When we don't put data into software, we check the results what you input the accounting and salary data monthly.
  • Visits every 2 to 3 months

a-3;Conservative Plan … ¥10,000~¥30,000 Per month(Excluding Sales tax)

Conservative Plan

  • Data input and processing of accounting and salary calculation is done by oneself. The results can be checked several times a year.
  • No regularly scheduled visits. Make sure to go to your tax accountant’s office when you need it
  • Appropriate for small businesses of 3 employees or less. There are few liabilities and facilities

 B;Settlement Fee (Once a year payment)

b-1;Total Plan … ¥300,000~¥400,000(Excluding tax)

This plan is appropriate for businesses with over 10 employees, and multiple branches or locations.

It includes financial statements written in English.

b-2;Simple Plan … ¥200,000~¥300,000(Excluding tax)

This plan is appropriate for businesses with 5-10 Employees and only one location.

It includes financial statements written in English.

b-3;Conservative Plan … ¥100,000~¥200,000(Excluding tax)

This plan is appropriate for small-scale businesses that have been in operation for less than 3 years and have 5 employees or less.

Financial Documents, such as accounts, will remain in Japanese.

C;Consultation Fee … ¥6,000 per consultation(Excluding tax)

If you wish to have a consultation, please contact me by email in advance to set up an appointment at the office.

In some cases, if it is too difficult to visit the office, special arrangements may be made for another meeting location.

D;Tax Related document preparation … ¥50,000~¥100,000 per document(Excluding tax)

Tax Related document preparation

The fee varies depending on the kind of document you require.

Please inform us of the type of document and its required contents in advance by email and an estimate will be provided.

1. We do not accept sudden visits without appointments.

2. Please contact us by email as much as possible.

3. If you really need to call, please call between 9 am to 5 pm (Japan Standard Time).

However with telephone interactions comes the possibility for mistakes or misunderstandings.

We do not want to miss anything important that you wish to convey, which is why we prefer written email communication.
